Booking Terms & Conditions


Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the flight itinerary services (“flights/ hotels/ excursions and packages”) provided by Ticketing Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking and Payment
    2.1 Booking Confirmation
    · Bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
    · We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received in full by the due date.
    · Tickets and hotel vouchers are sent within 48hrs of making the payment or as soon as the payment reflects in the account.
    · Confirmation to the itinerary is mandatory and binding.
    2.2 Payment Methods
    · We accept bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards and Gem cards.
    · All payments are processed securely.
    · There is 3.5% surcharge applicable on all credit cards charged through us and 4.5% on American Express card. Gem card has the following charges
    Gem Visa
    06 months 1.5 % Surcharge fee
    09 months 1% Surcharge fee
    12 months 3% Surcharge fee
    16 months 4 % Surcharge fee
    2.3 Pricing
    · The prices are not guaranteed until booked.
    · Prices are subject to change without notice.
    · All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
  2. Changes and Cancellations
    3.1 Changes by You
    · Changes to your itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges such as fare and tax difference plus flat penalty as charged by the airlines.
    · Requests for changes must be made in writing and received by us at least 48hrs before the departure date.
    · Please refer to the date change penalty mentioned in your itinerary at the time of booking.
    3.2 Cancellations by You
    · Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
    · Refunds for cancellations are made in accordance with our refund policy outlined below.
    3.3 Changes and Cancellations
    • Please refer to the cancellation charges mentioned in your itinerary at the time of booking as they vary from booking to booking.
    • In any event airlines allow a full refund our travel agency admin fee of NZD100 still applies.
    · Airlines impose a penalty for cancellations and the same will be mentioned in the itinerary sent for booking.
    · We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary or cancel bookings for reasons beyond our control.
    . In case airlines cancel the flight and authorise a full refund our service fee still applies and the refund processed to customer will be excluding our service/ admin fee.
  3. Travel Documents
    4.1 Passports and Visas
    · It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports and visas for your travel.
    · We are not responsible for any travel disruptions caused by failure to obtain necessary travel documents.
    4.2 Health Requirements
    · You are responsible for meeting any health requirements, including vaccinations and medical tests, for your travel destinations.
  4. Baggage
    · Baggage allowances and restrictions vary by airline and destination and will be mentioned in the itinerary.
    · We are not responsible for any baggage-related issues, including loss, damage, or delays.
  5. Travel Insurance
    · We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
    · Travel insurance is not included in the cost of your booking.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    · Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.
    · We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
  7. Force Majeure
    · We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
  8. Governing Law
    · These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Waikato New Zealand.
    · Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Waikato New Zealand.
    We at Ticketing Partners act solely on behalf of the airlines/ hotel aggregators and the bookings are ultimately governed by their Terms & Conditions which are available at request. Airlines/ Hotel aggregators are responsible for delivery of the flight tickets and hotel vouchers respectively and not us.
  9. Amendments
    · We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
    · Any amendments will be effective upon posting on our website or other notification to you.
