·All the cancellations processed through us that entail refund are processed within 4-6 weeks from the date of application.

The time frame mentioned varies according to the airlines. The amount to be refunded as advised while applying for refund done to the original payment method.

Some tickets may be non-refundable and this information is conveyed to passengers at the time of booking.

There is a service fee of NZD100 applied on cancellations
